Placing an order
Include the kit or refill name, quantity, studio name and US shipping address. We send an invoice, then ship within 3 business days of payment.
Setup or app help
Tell us your device (Windows, Mac or iPad) and OS version, and attach a screenshot of the issue. Please do not send client images.
Warranty or returns
Include your invoice number and a short description or photo of the fault. See our refund policy for return terms.
